OK I usually am too embarrassed about my looks and my facial disfigurement but I guess we are all friends on this site. So for once I wont hide my face behind the camera.

Yuk!! I can't believe you have suggested this. I build a mental picture from the member's postings and would not want this compromised by reality.
I am happy to hide behind my picture from a local shop displaying model heads in various dressings. I am sure this is more acceptable than my weathered face.
