severn valley railway
Don.
The first one landscape. Full width, the train just above the third line.
The second portrait. Cropped on the right to remove nearly all of the tree, half as much blue behind the train, and the footbridge and train on or about the upper and lower thirds lines.
But, of course, that's only my opinion.
Well, you did ask for C&C...
Some people call me 'strange'.
I prefer 'unconventional'.
But I'm willing to compromise and accept 'eccentric'.

is it just me and my monitor or is there banding going on in both of these, clouds and steam in the first and horizontal lines in the sky in the 2nd ?
I like both shots,

I'd say solarisation in the first, banding in the second. Possibly down to something in pp? But...
...still a couple of great shots!
