I prefer the middle shot, maybe a little extra contrast might help it out and it would have been better if you could get the top of the smoke rather than cutting it off. The third one is a little too close for my liking, and the first would benefit from being zoomed out a little further so as to not crop the chap on the right, if possible.

It's always a problem with moving steam, whether to go for a motion blur to try to reflect the movement but risk missing the shot that can't be repeated, or go for a static shot but get the picture - I can never decide what to do.
