I have a short sequence of JPGs taken in burst mode which I would like to run as a short video clip.

Does anyone know of an application that I could use? Not too worried oabout teh output format - even an anmated GIF would be fine.

As edumad says, Quicktime (you'll need Quicktime Pro). It has a menu item to import stills as a movie sequence and does it very simply.

It will output them in many formats but .mp4 is an excellent size and quality compromise.

As I don't have Quicktime, I'll need to find someone who does.

The images are of a Kingfisher taking off - and reviewing it on te K20D's screen looks great but not on the PC as I cycle through.

I used Elements and saved it as a Gif. It worked just fine.

You could use Windows Live Movie Maker which is free. link
