"Scape" being Scapegoat Hill, a favourite local spot. Late afternoon sunlight being particularly attractive recently. All taken with K3 + DA 16-85mm. Comments welcome, as always.

And +3. The distance vanishing into haze, the light on the near ground, the big open spaces - really good, really evocative of the place and time of year.

The only one I can't get excited about is no. 4. Pity the trunk of the tree isn't in front of sky. As it is, the trunk gets lost, leaving a leafy blob on the horizon.

Numbers 6 and 7 stand out for me. Lovely light on them both

Thanks for all the comments, folks, much appreciated.
Steve, I take your point about no.4. I didn't capture the light so well in this one, the sky doesn't really have sufficient interest to draw the eye to it, nor could I get down low enough to get the effect you would have preferred. On the bright side, being only about 2 ft tall, maybe 2ft 6in, the "leafy blob" is actually quite chuffed to be referred to as a "tree"!
