Will you be riding the Rottie, and will your badge be a shiny star claiming you are the Sheriff of Nottingham
Just so you recognise me on the day......

Road_Dancer, I hope our dog gets on. We've had her just over a year and her behaviour has rapidly improved of late so hoping she's gonna mix with other dogs and behave.
Good question, Benton's a rescue dog, and, while fantastic with two legs, isn't well socialised with other dogs due to his tendancy to think anything smaller then him runs on batteries... He will be muzzled.Road_Dancer, I hope our dog gets on. We've had her just over a year and her behaviour has rapidly improved of late so hoping she's gonna mix with other dogs and behave.
Kris, good riding...

Sorry gang, something has come up to keep us in Manchester on Saturday. Sunday is already booked elsewhere, so it looks like we'll have to wait until next time.
Have fun though and don't forget to post pictures of the evidence, I mean the activities!

Although I said I would be there, and I would love to be, my sister in law's coming down to stay for the weekend, and I don't think I'd be very good company in the evening if I've been driving for 6 hours during the day.
Plus, on the evidence of the past fortnight, I really don't think I'd be out of the house by 7am. Sorry, just seem to be worn out of late.
After the last meet (St. Albans) we said we should organise one down this way again, perhaps buckinghamshire way where we seem to have a lot of members, or any of the counties surrounding London.
Hope you have a great time tomorrow.
Dan

Just thought I'd better let you know I won't be there either.
I was never down for going, but because others are saying that
they won't be going I thought I'd better conform my position.
I'll be busy watching the 5th round of the Rugby League Challenge Cup
Hope you all enjoy yourselves...... Don't forget your SD Cards and
spare batteries.

I'm not interested in the Challenge Cup as we're out, but I wish I could be at home for the Play-off game on Sky tomorrow.

Does anyone know roughly how many are turning up. I'm quite new to the forum and would hate to drive that far to find only a couple of people there. Just a question - will we be staying in the forest or moving on to other nearby places? Clumber Park comes to mind. Does any of the people coming know the area well? I have been there on a photographic course but don't know the area well.
Everything is possible - just not today.

Sorry for late posting, but I'm quite busy recently. I'll be there, easy to recognise by strange accent. Probably I'll arrive with my wife and 3 kids (however my eldest daughter felt not very well today, so maybe she'll stay with my wife at home). I drive Ford Galaxy.
Not sure if I have a badge though, have to rummage through my drawer...
See you there!
