The Pentax K-r uses SD or SDHC memory cards for storage, and a firmware update provided shortly after the camera shipped enables compatibility with SDXC cards as well.

just bought a 64GB sandisk SDXC card for my kr and the display is saying cannot use this card
im currently using a 16gb SDHC which works fine
do kr's not accept the SDXC card?
all help appreciated as i bought the card for HD filming on holiday next week
