Yes, the DA*16-50 does produce CA & PF, especially at corners (and did this on the mk1 too) - and with strong side lighting as in these shots.
No big deal - I just forgot to apply correction in LR.
That series of three images was there to demonstrate diffraction effects which appear less severe than the K5II. Normally I wouldn't shoot smaller than f/11. You can compare f/4, f/8, and f/20!
Now udpated

The shots are nothing special. Just some test shots around the office.
I've used almost identical settings for the JPG outputs as I did on the K5 mark 1. A touch of sharpening, and zero or almost zero noise reduction.
The first shot on there IMGP1660 was taken with the DA*50-135, through a window, and it was that shot that made me "Wow" over the mark 2. I had taken a shot at ISO800 with the same lens and similar setup (but not through a window!) that I was very pleased with the resolution and detail - and I still had the image on the SD card to view on the IIs to compare. The texture and fine detail of IMGP1660 was amazing - especially considering it's ISO3200!
I've also added a couple of graveyard test shots taken at f/1.4 on the FA50/1.4. Hugely pleased with accuracy of focus!

Anyway, as I've said - I'm a happy user.
Feel free to download away and have a compare and play!
(I may add some more too...)
