Very interesting Roger, but for me it doesn't work. Not in this case anyway. Can't really offer rationale. Just leaves me thinking "why?"

Its good to experiment, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This image doesn't excite me very much but the process is interesting and could be well worth you sticking with it. Thanks for sharing it with us.

I think maybe if you left the posts and wires as is but added some detail back to the bird it would be better and draw your eye through the picture more. I dont like it as it is...... but i have tried similar in the past myself!
