Very pleased with this I took it at 500mm hand held - it has been severely cropped and then enlarged but I think it is still of reasonable quality - feel free to disagree your comments are always welcome.

LOL, not really steady at all reckon the weight stopped all movement for a few moments before I almost dropped it
