It was the DFA 70-200. If hand holding I use this strap setup from op/tech. The extra support clips to my normal neck strap and Velcro’s round the lens barrel. Not sure what lens you used but I think it's a sleeper

Still getting two walks though, one from me one from my better half around our work schedules (in a quiet area, dogs on leads and keeping our distance yada yada).
