Runs fine on my Windows 10 pro, try running the Windows trouble shooter.

Hi,
I have tried all the usual troubleshooting stuff to no avail. To be honest, all I am after is the tethered shooting part of the program. I already run Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC. But the tethered shooting side for Pentax is non existent.
For info I run a HP gaming laptop with core I7 processor and NVidia GeForce GTX graphics card. I know about PKTether and that does not work with the K-3.
Any help would be most appreciated.

I have a K-3 with the above software supplied. I bought the camera in Australia 3 years ago should that be relevant. The software will not run on my 64 bit Windows 10 HP laptop even after running the DCU5 updater64 bit 572 update. Anybody any ideas why this should be so? I have read that Silkypix, who produce the software, have closed down their UK website. Not sure if that is relevant either. I run Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC but I am interested that the DCU5 software has the ability to allow tethered shooting.
