Did you completely log out before trying to relog in?
If it hasn't worked, click on report problem at the bottom of any page and let IT know the details of what you've done so far and what you would like to do. They will be happy to sort it out for you and also check that the system is working properly.

i was sent a new password but want to change it to something i will remember. in "my settings" i have put in my current password (the one i was sent), then put in a new password, then retyped my new password and clicked on save changes but keep getting a message saying that my new password does not match my stored password.
any help would be appreciated.
