I Have bought repeatedly from ffordes and mifsuds. In my experience the items have always been as described but when i buy I also factor in the potential cost of returning any item if needed. I have only returned things very occasionally but never had any issues with this. Sometimes before I buy I ring up and ask them to describe the condition over the phone.
Micro globe I have used only for new gear and they have always been good.
I have no hesitation recommending all of the above.

Bought a used lens from WEX last year, better condition than described. Would happily buy from them again.

Cheers its actually a new item from microglobe but hadn't heard if them and price seemed too good to be true

I have bought quite a few lenses off CEX, they seem to have improved their service lately everything is packaged better and arrives within a couple of days. I have never received a lens from them I have not been happy with. The most recent being a Pentax 50mm 1.8 for just over £50 that was like new.

I bought my laptop, phone and Sigma 10-20 from CEX , no problems at all. I did visit the shop for the laptop and phone but bought the Sigma online. All items were 'as new'!

Nor a dealer I know. but I had no problems with a few lenses bought from individuals via eBay in my pre-Pentax days (Canon FD).
