Close focusing manual lens

Lots of lenses claim to be "close-focusing" but be aware that this is not the same as "macro".
Pentax hybrid user - Digital K3, film 645 and 35mm SLR and Pentax (&other) lenses adapted to Fuji X and Panasonic L digital

A 70-210 f4 cheap and good

Was looking for a all rounder but if i see something i want to get in close i can .
Budget would be ... buy for a cheap as i can get it lol .
£50 would be my budget . The two lenses suggested about could be contenders . Focal length ,anything from 28-200

Vivitar/kiron 28mm close focus are also great and can be had for less than £50,00

Thanks everyone for your input ,i became a bit stale with my interest in photography in the Autumn last year and i sold what little kit i had ,i have recently bought myself a K20d and a couple of lenses .
18-55 kit lens
Pentax M 50mm f2
Would like a 28mm A lens (not sure if i'd manage one of those on my tight git budget )

They go for around £40 on Ebay. A similar (arguably a better one) is the Pentacon f3.5 30mm?
