Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day in Brentwood

I attended the annual Brentwood Remembrance Sunday Parade in my 'Veteran's Gear' ( Best Boots and all that ) and I took the photos in the Church and my Wife took a set outdoors and got Front Page of the Brentwood Yellow Advertiser and they didn't use any of MINE !! Then 11th of 11th Month is 'Armistice Day'so I went back to the War Memorial with my K10D using ISO 400 and 'RAW' files and shot a few as there was a large crowd this year of even more Youngsters from Schools around the Borough so I show a couple == by the way -- hope you don't mind but have included one of ME with the Mayor taken by Wife that was used inside the YA on Page 3 with others of hers.

I took a Remembrance Sunday service (we have a war memorial in the church grounds), and today (11th) was up in London in Trafalgar Square for the 2 minute silence which was quite special.

I hope you aren't too miffed about your wife getting front page!

YES -- that is ME giving my 'Benny Hill' salute !! Proud about Wifey getting Front Page -- I got an extra cup of tea and cuddle !
