I find it a great reference book I have in my library.
Where or not it can be called an artbook is up to you.
He takes you through how to take great glamor photography.
So if you are looking at a David Hamilton,Helmut Newton etc etc and you want to match what they have done. I grab my Digital Boudoir book and look how it is done in a digital way.
I still do analog too. Have done some bromoils also with my analog photos.
Have not been able to do the same with Digital to get the same effect. But that is getting away from what we are talking about.

I've seen at least one very effective "imitation bromoil" done with digital, but I only know it was spot on and not how it was achieved.
So it is possible.
So it is possible.
Best regards, John

The subjects that I'm looking for are fashion, glamour, nude & fine-art.
On my list so far are:
Sam Haskins - Cowboy Kate (must atleast be one pentax shooter with them right)
Hans van Ooyen - Strip Sessions (looks good, mostly curious)
Pending are:
Daniel Frasnay - Les Girls
Guy Bourdin
Tim Walker
If you could tel me something about the latest three artists and or recommend me someone else then please do.
Thank you for reading.
Edit: delete it from the general digital photography and reenterd it here.
I hope you dont mind, found this place better then where it was before, sorry.
