rebate payment missing

Any one got a contact name that will work to find out from Pentax where my missing K-r rebate money is?
I have phoned before and been told "the cheque is in the post" that was 2 weeks before christmas, so I realy don't want to speak to him again and I could quite frankly do with the cash.

Bank transfers seem to be working OK, see the other thread on this.

Pre-Christmas the entire postal system was in disarray with the weather, so I think you may need to be patient for a while yet. I'm still waiting for some packages to arrive.
