These look a tad over sharpened to me ?
The courgette as you say is too complicated.
Like the colour , form, and composition of the lavender.
Also like the border you have applied.
Good first effort.

Only did a tiny bit of sharpening on the resized versions, but just checked the DS menu and the sharpness is set to +1 so maybe it's that it. Could also be a side effect of the lavendar being backlit, maybe?

Difficult backgrounds to isolate totally, but worth a play with a wider aperture to reduce dof further.
I'm not seeing sharpening artefacts, but the first may have some sensor dust spots top right and centre left?

Should have takern more care on the background for the courgette as it's a bit cluttered.
