Q macro lens?
What about a K to Q adaptor plus one of your existing Macro lenses?
I have used the Pentax Q adaptor for K mount lenses with the DA 35 2.8 macro, and it is splendid in terms of close up detail, almost like a microscope, but you lose auto-focus and with the metal adaptor and lens this ends up like a heavy and bulky (in Q speak) arrangement. What I like most about the Q is how, relative to DSLRs, it is minuscule and so highly portable.
To get an impression of what this portability means, imagine yourself with the K-01 and 15-30 on one hand, and the Q plus 08 on the other. That's why I sometimes use the Q!

Still not holding my breath, but maybe if there is a grain of truth to it, then maybe the Q system will continue to be developed. Ever the optimist I am hoping for a new Q camera with an EVF!
