Q Cases

I've just acquired a Q with 02 lens. Now I'm looking for the smallest case to pop it in.

I've seen John's thread with the pentax large neoprene case which I'll look into but wondered if anyone has found anything else suitable?

I got one of these, it gives great protection and is easy to use the camera. It even has a tripod mount

Likewise, although I tend to use various cases for the Q depending on circumstances. Very often it's a compact kit, so a small shoulder bag does the trick. Or the one in the link above, or the small or large neoprene case.

Does that one add much bulk?

Does anyone use a small lowepro case (for just the camera + attached lens) or similar?

I use the Pentax Q case - that will fit the camera plus a few lenses. Alternatively, now I have rather more lenses, I also use a small Lowepro Mini AW.

I agree with John Riley about the LowePro.

Also noting that LowePro has the "bagfinder" on it's site helping to link most any sized camera and other added items to a variety of bags - and then further options from there such as AW or airline size, etc...

Instead of just spending money I decided to check out the lens cases i had first to see if it would fit snugly into any of them.

It fits perfectly into a S80-80 or a S80-120 if you want that bit more room.
