Power issue A10 Optico

A10 Optico is less tha 1 year old. When I turn it on the camera fires up fine with the correct sounds. However, after 5 seconds it switches itself off for no apparent reason.

The Battery is fully charged & the memory card is not full. I have also remove & reinstalled the battery but the issue is still there.

Any ideas please

Well if you're sure the battery's full, then I would think it's a problem with the camera - you're still within the warranty period so take it back to the retailer!
