Has anyone ever tried photographing pond creatures? Ive been having a crack at some over the last few months with an aquarium and off camera flash (as those who wander on to my blog will probably have noticed!) and had some ok results.

Great idea, and the last one is a cracker. Looks like a difficult capture, and you've got it perfect DOF and enough of the environment too.
