Playing in RT.

From some snaps on the K1 mkII and 28-105 DFA WR. First one is near what I saw and expected, but the second was a surprise, like it or hate it I'm not sure, I think mainly whacking up the contrast but maybe other tweeks too? as the sky deepened and a touch red.

The sky has a lot more interest in version 2 and the boat is not overexposed, but you lose a little detail in the shadows.

Have you tried selective editing, so that your changes to exposure/contrast/saturation etc. only affects a certain part of the image ? I do this a lot with my images in Photoshop using layer masks.

Yes. I used 'Local Adjustments' Peter, (must be the equivalent to the Photoshop Selective editing) only on the Frigate though as it was blowing highlights, on my monitor the shadows looked ok. I have been exploring these Local Adjustments in RT and find them very useful. Thanks for the comments though.
