Glad to hear someone got decent customer service from them. My last email exchange with them produced left me of the opinion that they weren't too fussed about having customers, meaning that my business went to SRS instead!

I contacted them via phone a couple of months ago in regards to a used item shown on their web site, to be told it had been sold. As of today, the same item is still shown as for sale and in stock.

so first thing monday morning on the phone to be told that it was marked up on the mount at £35 but as the web said £25 they would sell plus £3 postage
it came to day it,s almost mint
they had two for sale but on tusday the other one was not on the website
