Hi. I haven't contributed for a while but I do read and enjoy the posts regularly. I now have a query and I hope this is the correct Forum!
I have just purchased PS Elements 12 and have PSE 10 on my computer. My queries are: -
1. Should I deactivate PSE 10 and if so what advantage is there in doing this? Will it have any resale value?
2. I am unlikely to use PSE 10 again - I assume it's best to uninstall it?

Cheers....John

The advantage of deactivating the software is that it can be used on another PC. Adobe allow use on 2 PCs. I recently deactivated PSE8 so that I could install it on my camera club's laptop. Once deactivated there is no point in keeping it on your PC. PSE 10 is a pretty capable program and subsequent versions have simply added a few bells and whistles. I am sure that someone would be more than happy to use PSE 10 and I would have thought that it is worth at least 15.

Many thanks Miles.

Have deactivated and deleted PSE 10 from Desktop and Laptop. Will load PSE 12 shortly.

Thanks again for your assistance.
