Amazon.co.uk now have it on sale for 62.99 GBP.
You can save a magnificent 1.84 GBP by pre-ordering the upgrade from them .
Now maybe if they have it in the super sale this year, like they did with PSE9 last year I'll think about it. But that upgrade price is just a joke!

The last time I bought the upgrade version, it was in fact the full version.

It is already on sale in the US and will be released in Europe soon.
You can read more about it at the Abobe site.
I'm not sure it offers enough new stuff to make me want to upgrade from 9 so quickly. I'll probably wait for PSE11 .
