Photokina - Image on display

Hi all

I recently entered the Ilford Imaging competition that they have been running monthly on Flickr, mainly for a bit of fun. I got a response which said I'd gained "highly commended" for one of my 3 images, and not one of the two I thought it might be. More on the back-story here www.raybonline.com/MJEntry20.html

I've had confirmation this afternoon that the image IS being displayed on their stand at the exhibition, printed large! I hope that they've taken care to give Pentax a mention, too.

It might not be big news in the scheme of things, but I'm well chuffed! If anyone is going to the show, you are able to vote for your favourite image (hint)

I wish I were going!!

Big well done though... Must be a good feeling! Be proud of yourself!!

Well done that man, congrats, great shot.

Congratulations...Its a real pick me up to get that kind of correspondence.
