Photo Help Needed

I want to take more photos of Tara's pups, any tips anyone on how to get them to pose all together and keep them still, all suggestions welcome, Jack.

I would set up the camera on a tripod with flash, prefocus the lens using MF, get someone to attract their attention and just keep pressing the shutter as I anticipated the action.

The one you've done is very good though, if a tad dark.

rub your hand on some chicken.... dogs are mans best friends, but they wouldn't hesitate to sell your soul for chicken... then wave your hand around in front of thier noses.. that ought to perk them up and get them all looking in the same direction....
getting them to sit still? tough... best to get them while asleep an wake them up...

Some people put insects in the freezer for a while to make them sit still. You could try the same with the puppies...

true but puppies in the freezer isn't such a hot idea.... they're warm blooded...duct tape would be better...but then there's that sticky residue...which would be messier than the freezer....
I'm getting dizzy going around in circles, feels like I'm chasing my own tail..

I blame Jack...I mean really.. basket full of puppies? that's so sickeningly sweet I need an insulin shot....
