Just to clarify, the comment about the photo was about post processing. Subjective, of course.

I managed to get a shot of it feeding, but now seems that there are 2 and possibly 3 visiting now. similar times over the last 3 nights.

Nice to see. I haven't seen a hedgehog in years, not even as road kill. They used to be quite common when I was a kid. The "I like trucking' song from "Not the 9 o'clock news" seems a bit sad now 36 years later,
