confused

Hi,

I am thinking of getting an Eco-flo continuous ink system from Permajet for my Epson 2400, does anyone have any experience or comments on using one of these.

Thanks
Kevin

When you print a lot it will be worthwhile, but it can create a big mess if you don't set it up correctly.

And you will have to get your printer profiled again for the new ink.

Thanks for the comments, I tend to use only a few different papers, mainly permajet so hopefully the profiling shouldn't be too much of a problem.

The samples I have seen had good looking colour, has anybody used PermaJets ink and care to comment on it?

Thanks
Kevin

I can tell you about somebody who bought a set up like that and DIDN'T use it....

The local college photography dept, had an epson photo printer covered in dust, when I asked why, the instructor said the system was tempermental, concistantly clogged the print nozzles, and was abandoned in favor of a discount deal with a local pro lab.
Fired many shots. Didn't kill anything.
