I don't know, it sounds like commercial talk Ultra-secret method that can make your otherwise boring shots really stand out!

There are two parts of photography really, one is the technique and that's something you can really learn but the other is the "artistic" value of your photo and that's something you can not learn but you need to develop.
If you know the technical aspects than these courses are not for you, you should be looking at more specialized and more advance courses.
Richard I've seen your photos on Flickr and I would look for the more advance courses.

That's done by google and the pentaxuserforum gets money from google to do so PUF does not control what's showed there.

From what I know almost all ads here are from google besides the one from SRS.
Google scans what's going on on the site you're watching and match the ad to that.

Err, whats a zoom mode? AKAIK theres only two, power zoom and manual zoom, and it would be unusual for the majority of "subscribers" to have power zoom lenses or even the bodies that would support them.

I wouldn't go as far as whelmed's thoughts on this but I do admit the ad looks undesireable and rather tacky.

Use FireFox,
Get add ons "flash block", and "ad blocker".
Delete your cookies every time you close down the browser.
And take control of your browser.
I don't get targeted ads.

Opera has that also but a bit different.

Ran the add through McAfee site check and it comes back clean, that is it doesn't spam.

If it's just a hook to get you to buy a book that's all it is.

Firefox stops these ads forme.

It's not Pentax-specific, of course. Substitute Nikon or Canon where it says Pentax in the URL, and surprise, surprise...

The secrets are nothing revolutionary - most of them are common knowledge.

It's just a way of promoting books.
