Pentaxuser forum meet 8th & 9th august 2009 Poll

Hi all i was just wondering who was coming to the forum meet on the 8th & 9th of august.

It will be held at Whinlatter forest visitors centre near Keswick north lakes.I have added a couple of links for your information

I'm definitely going on Sunday, not sure if I'll make it both days.
Got a bit of a problem though, the car is acting funny and heating up too much (£400+ repair :cry. I don't want to make long journeys with it .
Is anyone else going from Glasgow, Edinburgh or close by? I will rent a car , we could share, or I could hitch a ride?

I got the map coordintes from my sat nav today they are as follows.

54(degrees) 36' 33.5" North 3(degrees) 13' 48.8" West

and the postcode is ca12 5tw.

Doesn't seem to be much interest!.......unless some are hanging back!

I'd love to but I could only do one day and it's a loooooooooooong way to drive up to the lakes and back - sorry!

I'd love to go too, but it would cost me a fortune, being peak season and all. Just sticking the dogs in the kennels for a couple of nights would be around €100 assuming there was room for them, without the ferry/accommodation costs.

I might be over in Derby and Bucks in October. It would be good to met up with some of you then. I'll start a new topic once I know if I'm over or not.
