If you go down to the bottom of the page and click Contact then all the contact details come up. It looks like it will need to be a phone call as I can't see an e-mail form either.
Best regards, John

Some people call me 'strange'.
I prefer 'unconventional'.
But I'm willing to compromise and accept 'eccentric'.

I don't know if this is the same place you are looking? link But the email contact forms are listed here, bottom right.

Excellent, thanks Barrie, that will make it easier for Aitch53.

Thanks, Barrie.
I had seen that page, but none of the form destinations seem to apply.
Looks like a phone call or nothing.
Steve.

I would try Technical Hotline> Contact Reason> Other. But a phone call should work.

In the end, I went with Barrie's suggestion. I'll let you know what the results are.
One other thing, it finally arrived today, the X5 that is. Although Amazon's tracking system still thinks it's in Weybridge. Anyway, the Amazon packaging (ie the cardboard box) has a big "Caution: Lithium Ion Battery" sticker on it. I assume they think all digital cameras are Li-ion powered and stick the label on as a default.

Just to let people know, I have just received an e-mail from someone in the 'Pentax Ricoh Imaging Technical Support' team. The info has been passed on to the Webmaster, so something should happen. Eventually.

Anyway, when I was casting around for a bridge camera, I checked the Pentax/Ricoh site for info in the X5. In doing so, I noticed two things:
1. Even though the spec page for the X5 states it runs, as we know, on 4 AA batteries, the accessories page claims it comes with a Lithium-ion battery and charger.
2. There is no apparent way to contact them about web-site problems/errors.
Any suggestions regarding the second point?
