If you are a winning bidder and a member of the forum, please let me know and I will send you a freebie along with your item.
Cheers,
Davy
I just won the 70mm so I'd like my freebie please... (bubble wrap doesn't count as a freebie !)

Now off to Paypal
Congratulations RR,

Good to see one of the guys here winning.
Guess I can't send bubblewrap now.

Don't worry I will have your freebie packed along with it too.
Please let the guys and me know what you think when it arrives.

Any probs just give me a shout.

Regards,
Davy

Could you let me have the listing number for that one? I cannot get it to come up on a "completed listings" search. I want to add it to the database!

Thanks, Kris.

Well, I picked up the 70mm from the sorting office today (missed the postie by 5 mins yesterday). Unpacking it was like pass the parcel, as Davy had packed it extremely well.

Didn't get chance to play with it today, shame because I'd planned to !
Just taken a few test shots of a house plant to check it out. I must say, I'm already impressed.

I always shoot Raw & boost contrast & sharpening in post processing, but I had to apply much lower levels of both to these shots & I haven't even tested it round its sweet spot yet.
A short working distance will not work in favour if shooting bugs, but the focal length is a good compromise for me.
