On the Pentax Ricoh Canada site, you can't find firmware updates for the K3. It stops at the K5II/K5IIs.

Last week, I sent them an email asking why I couldn't get the firmware updates for the K3 on their site.

After more than a week, I'm still waiting for an answer.

How can people take Ricoh Pentax seriously when you cant even find firmware updates on their official website for a camera that's been on the market for more than three months?

It is lame. They could easily have all the localised sites prepared together. I always keep this page in my bookmarks.

There is only one official website and that is the Japanese one. All the others are fakes

Yep ,The whole website and Facebook thing with Ricoh Pentax is very odd and very badly done , stuff is not kept up to date.On one hand they badger you too take part in the online thing but don't answer any questions or give one any feed back....jeff...
