I love what you've done with the eagle, but for me the Bokeh is too destracting in these shots, I'm looking for something creamier. Technical limitations of the Q, adaptor and lens combination perhaps?

Yes the bokeh is somewhat distracting but that's what it is with that combo. I'll be trying the Q & Q to K set up with the 21Ltd later today and also the plastic 35mm.

Good examples. An adapted 50mm is a useful option either if you haven't got anything around 300mm or where you couldn't use a 300mm. Certainly good enough for web display or small prints. A comparison between an adapted lens and the 06telephoto would be interesting.
