Pentax PhotoLab

I am having probs with RAW on Photoshop CS, so i am having a dabble with Pentax PhotoLab, after doing adjustments etc which is easier enough how do i save it and what as ie which Jpeg or Tiff, i am sure once it has been saved in one of the those formats it will then open in CS, where i hope i will be able to crop, resize etc....or have i got it all wrong.


PS i have just read MollyMoo post below, so i save it to a Tiff ( File > Save As > Tiff. then open it in CS and do all adjusts as normal??

or do i have to click on Tiff 8 bit or 16 bit in the top right corner first.
