PPG is a dead duck. They have not even updated it for the K1 which is what over a year in production ?
I would forget about it, Pentax has.

Have you tried Ricoh support rather than the gallery contact form? The name Ricoh appears on the gallery web pages.

Hi go4IT if its any help I have uploaded an image within the last couple of days that went successfully to PPG and also had 3 images recently accepted although the wait time now is at least 3 months. Just wondering if it is anything to do with your file format and or file size. Maybe also try using another browser, I have used Edge and that seems ok. Hope it gets sorted for you soon.

Hello Tony. Format is jpeg, of same size as posts to Pentax User. They have accepted my Safari browser in the past, so I don't imagine that is the problem. The frustrating part is the rejections come with no explanation, simply "File Rejected" or "Upload Failed "

Hi, no I usually use a different file but its processed the same and as yours all jpg. They state a minimum of 900px on long edge and no greater than 15mb per file so maybe try to increase the size a little. I did notice that you can upload no more than 5 per week (7 day period) just in case that maybe a reason. Don't give up yet I am sure the answer is there for you. I have noted that the K1 is still unlisted but it maybe because the K1 has a dedicated site where you can post images but not sure otherwise why they don't include their flagship DSLR if that is not the case.
Keep trying your images are certainly good enough to be included on that site

Even if that were the case (doubtful) it does not explain why the DFA 24-70 or DFA 150-450 are not included.
My only conclusion is that this website has been forgotten. Keeping anything other than the main Pentax Japan website up to date is a failing of Pentax going back many years. Take a look at the Ricoh/Pentax UK website for example. Latest K1 firmware update on that site is for v 1.30. We have had v1.4 and v1.41 since then.
Very poor.

Fishbones: thank you for your post. The problem can't be that I'm posting too much. LOL: I can't post ANY but the three I posted months ago. Also, cannot be that my files too small---if anything, they are too big. Lightroom 6 exports the jpegs I post on PUser, and those 3 were accepted, so that is another reason file size not the issue. Don't know anything about PPG's slackness re the K-1; I use KS-2. I sympathize with you and Peter on that score. I shall try to contact PPG's Support.

Curious about the lag time myself, which seems to have blown out to 4 months before 'approval'. Are things not running smoothly at PPG?

I haven't had that and uploading has been as slow as it ever was - but things don't look good for sure.
