pentax optio330gs

Hi has anybody found the reason why optios are suffering horizontal banding in the images on the lcd screen and on memory card and also when printing as ive been looking for days and cant find a blooming thing about it all i can find is ppl asking same question.
Anyhow symptons are mutliple muliticolor bands/lines horizontaly acroos the image at all stages viewing
I did notice that nikon have a press release staing that if certain cameras have this problem even out of warrenty it is fixed for free.[/img]
