Yes, all Pentax lenses and most 3rd party lenses with a K mount will fit on the K100d and all other Pentax (D)SLR cameras from the mid 70's to the present.
Deppending on the exact lens and camera combination, some features may not work. Only features supported by BOTH the camera and the lens will work, for example a manual focus lens will still be manual focus even on an AF body.
The most annoying lack of functionallity with a lens designed for the ME Super on a DSLR will be the metering. All DSLRs produced to date lack the ability to read the position of the lens aperture ring, so unless the lens has an A setting you have to shoot in stop down metering mode. The proceedure is detailed in the manual.

The only lenses to watch out for (IRRC) are the Ricoh lenses
They have a little pip on the mount that can get stuck on the DSLRs
