Agreed, the gold/alligator skin LX is a tad over the top - I'd prefer the Millenium edition. But as for the "limited" lens - silver on a black body? That's so last season!

Did you mean the "Gold" or the "Silver" one ? I remember seeing a gold LX with that lens on Ebay about a month ago or so. It sold for litlle less than 4000USD...

The Ltd F1.2 lenses were only sold as a set with the LXs. The gold one was a K version and the Silver one an A series
