Pentax Lens Suffixes

I was wondering what the following are:

I have taken an educated guess at two, but AL still eludes me.

ED: Apochromatic Glass Elements (wavelengths refracted equally)
AL: ??? I have no idea...
IF: Internal Focusing

ED = Extra low dispersion element(s)
AL = Aspherical element(s)
IF = Internal focussing

There's also a ghostless coating on some lenses (e.g. FA24-90) which doesn't appear to have a designation.
