Asuming the k5 is the same as many other models, you alter them by rotating the front and rear wheels. The wheels are customisable and I have the ones on my k20 with aperture on the front wheel and shutter speed on the rear one.

After reading the instructions I now know how to change the ISO reading but I'm stuck with adjusting the aperture and speed.
The lense is a DA* 50-135.
Help will be appreciated.
