Pentax K20D Custom Image Settings

I think I've asked this question before (so apologies) but I don't believe I ever got it answered so I'll ask again.

When I first switched my K20D on, were there default settings for each of the custom image settings?

For example my Bright shows:

Saturation 0
Hue 0
Contrast +1
Sharpness (S) +1

Are these the 'out of the box' settings or did I play with them?

Can you tell me what Natural, Portrait, Landscape, Vibrant and Monochrome should be set to please?

I noticed that the green dot above the scale seems to indicate the default value and if you move off that the green bar below turns yellow.

I wouldn't know to be honest, the K10D only has two presets and fewer options. As I always shoot in RAW I'm not sure I've even looked at them in any depth.
