You can forget the RRP.

The 70-300 is available from SRS for £159, and the 70mm macro for £295.

As I say, your prices aren't unreasonable as such, but I suspect that here is the wrong place to expect to realise them - people are just too well-informed here, and if they are about to spend that sort of money, mostly I suspect that they'd rather spend a bit more and get all the warranty and service.

My guess is that you'll be more likely to get the prices you want where people don't know so much.

Preicing is a very tricky thing and you may well sell something at a higher price if the buyer is less aware of general costs. High Street suppliers sell memory cards at very high prices, but some purchasers may not know where else to go.

RRP is arguably not the best benchmark though as nobody really sells at those prices. A copy of Amateur Photographer will give you an idea of what the going rate is and here you would need to then make a deduction for the used status and the loss of guarantee.

On eBay anything is possible, especially as overseas bidders may not have the same buying options locally. Shipping overseas is not really a major hassle and does improve the reservior of bidders very considerably.

I just saw a used lens sell on EBay for £20 more than SRS are selling new. Amazing!
I also just saw a used K10D (body only) sell for £350 also on Ebay.

I would say if you dont get the prices you want, (im guessing you have put them on at these prices or set a reserve?) you should just keep trying, if you have time, because eventually someone will buy them.

Ok, so it was including the kit lens and some bits and bobs.

Even so, I think he should be pleased with that price. I think it's evidence that now that new K10Ds are, to all intents and purposes, pretty much unavailable, good used ones will fetch a fair bit.

I'm starting to wish I'd picked up a second one when Chris still had them.

Its a pretty good price for the 360GZ as well i would say seeing as I picked one up at the weekend off someone on another forum with a F 50mm 1/7 for £170 delivered.

I am pleased, was actually £390 and not £380 (my error)
