I really wouldn't suggest getting rid of the 12-24..
The others will find a good replacement in the 18-250, but the wide zoom is something else.

I agree with that,there is no wide-angle lens like DA 12-24 in whole pentax range at present but I am going to use the DA 18-250 as my traveling companion with couple of pentax primes
