Boxed, I have never bothered with the lens hood, occasional flare I have dealt with by shading using my hand. The only annoying thing is I can't remember where it went.

Front and rear caps, lens hood has gone AWOL.
Good condition, but there are signs of use.
Lens looks clear with no significant dust that I can see.
