Hi Dex
The DA16-65 price has dropped quite a bit lately, down from around the £350-£400 when I got mine, Chris at SRS has it listed for£269. I reckon you would still get around £200-220 if you sold it as new on the web.

See if you get a better deal without getting the glass from the supplier, and thus save it coming in.
Best wishes of the season to you and yours.

I've been looking at body only deals, and deals with body, grip and the 16-45. I'm hoping to see what the lens sells for second hand "as new" to see if it's more than the difference to buying without lens.
I'm hoping it's a way I can save some money on a body and someone else can save on a lens

I bought the camera plus 18-55 kit lens, which left me with a surplus 18-55 thast is now on eBay. You could do the same with the 16-45, although I'm intrigued as to why you don't need it. Do you already have one of these superb lenses?
Best regards, John

i use sigma ex dg 24-70 and 70-200 f2.8s as my two main lenses (and a pentax 50mm 1.7 for portraits and certain other stuff)

I for one love the 16mm wideangle (24mm in 35mm equiv.) end of the 16-45.
Heck I love the complete unit. Best investment I got for my DS, the 16-45 and the 50-200.

I'm looking at possibly purchasing a K10D while abroad, and have seen some good deals on the kit with 16-45.
Now the lens isn't something I'd want, so I was toying with the idea of buying the kit and selling on the lens
any idea what it would be worth secondhand but completely unused?
cheers
