Pentax, where are you.

Just come back from a visit to Hong Kong and Beijing. Went to the photo shops (mainly in HK) to see if prices, especially re lenses, any cheaper. Did not see one Pentax camera (some of the new Ricoh stuff was on show) and no lenses available. Also visited most of the tourist spots in Beijing - thousands of cameras hanging around tourists necks - not one Pentax. You do wonder re the future.

On the other hand - did buy some nice Leica binoculars!
